Cancellation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone's life. Business meetings, flight delays, project deadlines, car problems, and illness are just a few reasons why one might consider canceling an appointment. In my desire to be effective and fair to all my clients and to respect my time, I have adopted the following policies:
-
If something unexpected comes up, I require at least 24 hours advance notice when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give 24 hours notice, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment.
-
If you are planning on taking time off ahead of time (planned vacation, family obligations, or business trips), please give me ample notice (at least 1 week) out of respect and consideration to me and my clients.
-
Taking time off from regular workouts requires scheduling make up hours before, after, or both. This is to ensure your time slots are secured and not opened up for other clients.
